Regulations Compliance Policy
Students/Parents/Teachers/Others must abide by the rules and regulations of Jeeconnect Education system/module at all times

Parents compliance Policy
Parents and guardians are expected to demonstrate their commitment to the education process by encouraging students and respecting our teaching staff.

Compensation Policy
Should a student cause any damage to the Jeeconnect property, parents or guardians are to be held responsible for compensation including full costs of repair.

Policy for 50% fees refund :
  1. Parent should have interacted with the PR team on a regular basis with performance feedback
  2. Parent and Student should have completed assignments/study work on time provided by the tutors & verified by tutors with remarks
  3. Student shouldn’t have missed more than 10% sessions allotted by the Jeeconnect Education
  4. If no improvement is seen consecutively for 2 preliminary exam then parent should ask for 50% refund on the paid fees amt. by writing mail to us & can opt free tuition for the current year as per the available slots provided by Jeeconnect
  5. Online/Home Students should not have replaced tutors more than 2 times
Compensation Policy

Professional Policy
Strikes can be implemented for actions such as (but not limited to) abuse towards staff, abuse towards peers, any form of bullying, any rude words spoken or written, failure to attend classes, being consistently late, not completing homework, consistently not bringing in materials.

Tuition Compliance Policy
Students are expected to observe and act upon the lesson timetable and must attend all classes on time.

Customized Fees Policy
Resource fee of Rs…………/- per subject must be paid during registration, which will remain non-refundable

Material/Belongings Policy
Workbooks, exercise books and task sheets given by the Centre are to be kept neat, tidy and presentable.

Fees Policy
Fees will be calculated in advance and invoiced 1st of each month which is to be paid full in advance/EMI. Failure to pay the fees on time may result in additional 10% penalty charges

Fees for Compensation hrs policy
If a student cannot attend the lesson, tutor fee must still to be paid but they will receive compensation hours which can be used during extra revision time.

Cancellation Policy
If a student is expelled or leaves before the end of the month the remaining fee is forfeited. The company will not refund remaining fees in such circumstances.

Discontinuation Policy
If parent or guardian wishes to withdraw their child/children they must give 4 weeks written notice through mail

Compensation Policy
Compensation hours accumulated will not be accessible or refunded once a student is either withdrawn or expelled.

Amendment Policy
Jeeconnect Education Pvt. Ltd reserves the right to amend the rules and regulations as and when necessary.

Copyright Policy
All materials of Jeeconnect Education Pvt Ltd creates in-house are copyright and provided to the student specifically as an educational aid. The student/parent/guardian agrees that you will not publish or distribute any portion of any Jeeconnect’s materials/belongings without prior written permission from the authority of Jeeconnect Education Pvt Ltd,
